QA/QC Introduction

The quality division consists of 2 quality assurance engineers and 4 inspectors. One quality supervision engineer is responsible for supervision of key process steps, key measuring instruments and equipment. One quality assurance engineer is responsible for inspection and control of the entire process and tooling. Four inspectors are responsible for inspection of each step so as to ensure quality in every link from the arrival of raw materials to warehousing of new products and make products conform to industry standards and meet technical requirements.

The quality division provides a quality report monthly and cooperates with related divisions in working out a sustainable improvement plan and providing satisfactory products to clients
